Total site development area: 1,200 square meters. Elite Villas are modern villas where Gulf Itqan has completed 6 luxury villas. Each villa is 780 square meters with a swimming pool, green area and private roof area. We participated in the interior design of the villas, as our attention focused on the aesthetics and functionality of the designs of the electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and other systems to be consistent with the design as a whole. We installed and tested them to make sure they work properly.
