The project consists of 79 villas and two mosques. The villas are designed for a 3-bedroom duplex villa, one floor. The total project area is 52,800 square meters. Gulf Itqan engineers designed MEP systems and electrical and plumbing systems in compliance with the Military Industries Authority code. Itqan completed the MEP work for the villas and the electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems.
